Price Guarantee

No one likes to pay more than they were told they would have to for any type of home improvement project.

So Prosperity Constructions provides clients special Price Guarantee.

To do this we prepare an accurate estimate based on an evaluation of your home’s existing condition and the project. If you accept the estimate, we guarantee the price.

You must agree to the estimate within the time frame that it is valid and must allow the work to proceed within 30 days of the estimate’s approval.

  • If you do, there will be no price change if we underestimated the project.

  • The exact details of our Price Guarantee are in our contracts but here are the obvious “fine print” exceptions such as:

  • If you change the scope of the project, the materials/products selected or cause a delay in the agreed schedule, the price may change.

  • If there are hidden defects* to your existing home that could not be reasonably observed by a non-invasive inspection of your home, the price may change, but only by the amount that allows us to fix the hidden defects to your home such as rotten wood that is not visible to the estimator or inspector.

At Prosperity Constructions, we truly stand behind our work. We are confident in the quality of our work that we extend the typical one year limited home warranty to TWO FULL YEARS.

 

This extended limited home warranty covers labor and building materials furnished by Prosperity Constructions.

For appliances, heating and cooling, plumbing fixtures and products, cabinets, electrical equipment and fixtures and similar products, the manufacturers warranties prevail, be they longer or shorter.

And, under our special two-year limited warranty, we will act on your behalf to contact the manufacturer for any of these items that require repair or replacement under warranty.  We will also cover the labor of removing and reinstalling any replacements if they were items installed initially by Ideal Construction and Remodeling.


Our warranty, like most, does not cover things like abuse, normal wear and tear, improper use, storm or fire damage, vandalism, and other similar items.


The specific details of what is covered and what is not by our special extended limited warranty are in our remodeling agreements and contracts.
